About Us

Who is Next Level Orthodontic Lab?

Next Level Ortho Lab is an orthodontic lab that operates out of Southern California. We take pride in utilizing top of the line technologies such as 3D printing and laser welding to fabricate some of the highest quality orthodontic appliances in the industry. 


The company was established back in 1991 under the name Vaughn Brothers Orthodontic Lab. The name was later changed to Next Level but the quality stayed the same. For over 30 glorious years, Travis Vaughn, the founder of Next Level, has been striving to put out the highest quality orthodontic appliances on the market.
